Wow. February already? I know what you're thinking.. I don't know where January went either! But now that it's over it means I can post a January favourites. So let's get started..
My first favourite is a beauty one. This is the Revlon ColourBurst Matte Balm in the shade "Sultry." With its velvety feel and peppermint fragrance this baby is an everyday essential for me. It leaves my lips hydrated; its a clever triple complex of shea, mango and coconut butter. Application is easy, a simple swipe of this crayon shaped lip pencil and I am good to go. The matte balm has a good colour pay-off and in particular, "sultry" is a beautiful everyday shade as it gives a "your lips but better" kind of look. Overall I think Revlon have done a great job with this and with 10 shades in this range, there's one out there for everyone. My next favourite is more of a 2013 favourite. I cannot describe how much I love this treatment. The packaging states that this treatment "encourages cell renewal." That description hits the nail on the head; it's perfect for an at home microdermabrasion session without the hefty price tag. I use this weekly after cleansing my skin but be warned this is not for the faint hearted. This polish is extremely abrasive, so do not use it if you have broken or irritated skin. After using this, I always find my skin is super smooth and blemishes on my face seem less and less visible the more I use it. My last favourite is the Escentric Molecules- Molecule 01 perfume. This amazing perfume is made from a single ingredient - Iso E Super. This works with your natural pheromones and creates a unique scent for each individual. I read a lot of reviews on this product before I decided to buy it, most people claimed it smelt quite "woody." If I'm being honest I can't quite describe the type of scent but it smells divine. I often find myself getting asked which perfume I'm wearing when I have this on. My verdict: everyone should give this a go.
